The first Fuschia Dunlop recipe I made, SHREDDED BEEF WITH SWEET PEPPERS, produced the best beef stir-fry Ive made to date. Well a day later I was looking into more of her recipes & found this one online. It topped the previous days efforts and then some. The only qualification is it is better for folks who like really spicy food. For the less bold stick with the SHREDDED BEEF WITH SWEET PEPPERS. I will let the pictures tell the story and simply add that if you like spicy Sichuan food, you've got to try this food. Make plenty of rice to go with it to. You will need it to help temper the heat!!
