This was one of four dishes I made from The Essential Wok Cookbook. It was more complex than the PORK FRIED RICE I had made from this cookbook the wee before. This equalled both longer prep time, but the end result was also more flavor. The pineapple gave it an interesting sweetness I haven’t experienced in fried rice before.This was one of the better fried rice recipes I have made at home.
