I wanted to do a grilled veggie dish to go with the Tri-Tip I was making this day. Grilled veggies sare inherently low sodium and this recipe simply needed to have the salt removed to get it to be almost no sodium.
- I used Mrs. Dash Table Blend in lieu of Kosher salt to season the veggies.

These grilled veggies were excellent They passed my new test for the success of a modified recipe: It did not seem bland and had lots of flavor plus I never felt like they were missing flavor due to the use of a salt substitute.
