This recipe from the Smoke & Spice web the perfect side dish to go with the WILD RICE STUFFFED TURKEY I was also making this day.The ingredients were added to a foil pan and they get cooked on the smoker for 1 1/2 hours covered and the last half hour uncovered. It really doesn’t get much simpler than this. The dish has lots of great flavor and is easy to throw on the smoker along with a main course. The dish has great flavor and the smoke just adds to it.
