Info
This recipe was from WEBER'S TIME TO GRILL and I decided it would be even better smoked. Strangely the recipe called for it to be grilled for 25-30 minutes over low indirect heat. Well that is perfect for a smoker and you have the benefit of being able to add a little smoke. As soon as I cut up all of the ingredients, I knew this was going to take far longer to cook. It turned out it took 75 minutes, not 25. Other than the time everything else about the recipe was right on and it tasted wonderful. This day it was served with some STUFFED PORK CHOPS. People kept taking additional portions even though they were full-always a good sign.
