After trying this recipe from HOW TO GRILL, I can’t eat corn on the cob any other way. The corn is husked and washed. Butter, kosher salt and fresh pepper are applied to all sides. The corn is direct grilled 2 to 2 minutes 30 seconds a side. More butter, salt & pepper can be added to taste.
