This grilled corn recipe used a doctored butter consisting of softened unsalted butter, chopped cilantro, grated parmesan-reggiano cheese, garlic powder, salt & pepper. The corn was grilled out of the husk after being rubbed with the flavored butter. There was more flavored butter for use while eating the corn. This corn had great flavor from the butter, the smoke of the grill and was sweet from grilling. Grilled corn doesn’t get better than this.
