. A spicy butter is made using chili, paprika, cayenne pepper, & garlic. The Cooks Illustrated folks partially shucked the corn leaving one layer of husk on. I have had great luck grilling my corn naked as it were, so I grilled the corn out of the husk and applied the butter before not after grilling. This recipe turned out some tasty corn and I was pleasantly surprised by just how sweet this non-native corn was this early in the season.
