This was one of the “longer” recipes from WEBER'S TIME TO GRILL
, but it still was relatively quick to make. Potato & onion slices, ham steak, and cabbage wedges were brushed with a dressing and grilled. When everything was of the grill the various items were coarsely chopped or diced & tossed with a dressing. This dish is served warm. It reminded me more of some other grilled potato salads I’ve had rather than hash, which I think of as a finer grind. But why quibble over semantics. Whatever you called it the taste was just great. On this day it was the side for some grilled TUNA STEAKS
, but it would go well with lots of dishes.
