Info
This was one of the “longer” recipes from WEBER'S TIME TO GRILL, but it still was relatively quick to make. Potato & onion slices, ham steak, and cabbage wedges were brushed with a dressing and grilled. When everything was of the grill the various items were coarsely chopped or diced & tossed with a dressing. This dish is served warm. It reminded me more of some other grilled potato salads I’ve had rather than hash, which I think of as a finer grind. But why quibble over semantics. Whatever you called it the taste was just great. On this day it was the side for some grilled TUNA STEAKS, but it would go well with lots of dishes.
