I love grilled fries and this recipe from Bobby Flay's Grill It! offered an interesting twist. The fries were seasoned with Old Bay Seasoning which is usually reserved for seafood. The potatoes were parboiled and then cut into wedges which were seasoned with olive oil & Old Bay. The fries were direct grilled over high heat for 3 minutes a side. You have to work fast to avoid burning the fries, but the rewards is some real tasty grilled fries.
