Poutine is a French-Canadian dish of which they are justly proud and very particular about. I say that because by grilling the fries instead of deep frying, I have tampered with the traditional recipe. It is just that i like grilled fries best of all and wanted to try this delicious recipe on them. The recipe consists of the fries which are topped with a gravy and cheese curds. I served these with the FLO'S FAMOUS HOT DOGS from Maine, where you can get Poutine. I thought it was excellent and I promise I won’t claim it to be genuine Poutine
