This side dish from Wicked Good Burgers
was made to go along with BRAT BURGER
from the same cookbook. The sweet potatoes were cut into 8 wedges each and were tossed with some olive oil and salt & pepper. The fries were indirect grilled and when they came off the grill they are seasoned with a seasoning salt called Sweet Potato Dust. Everybody loved these fries. I was concerned that they would be too hard, but the 20 minutes on the grill at 435 was perfect. These are easy to make and long on flavor.
