Info:This marks the sixth year I've done this alendar. Like the 2011 version, this years calendar was mostly thematic where the food doesn’t relate to the month I cooked it. There are pages where they are all the same meat, such as chicken, or type of food such as paellas. The second half of this year found me away from the grill and smoker for far longer periods of time than I would have liked. Fortunately I was very busy the first half of the year and still had to leave out more pictures than I would have liked.
