  Info: My seventh year doing this calendar marked some big changes. In August I added a Big Green Egg to my grill aresenal. I then entered an incredibly prolific period where I cooked 80 times on the Egg in a 3 month period. Over half of this calendar are meals made on my new Egg. Some of the months are thematic in nature such as Paellas and others record the meal I made for a major holiday occuring that month, such as Thanksgiving. There was certainly no trouble finding material for this year. In fact the opposite was true: it was hard to pick which items to include and which to eliminate.
