  Info: Version 10 of this calendar marked the third year where everything I grilled or smoked was done on one of my 3 Large Big Green Eggs. One Egg is primarily used for Baking and never has wood chunks or chips used on it. The other two are using for Low & Slow smoking or high temperature Grilling or cooking on a Wok. This year marked the addition of two Pit Controllers to my arsenal improving the quality of what I cooked as well as making multi-item cooks easier to do. As usual the calendar will reflect some of the more interesting foods I have made this past year.
