Wire mesh grill top roasting pan for grill roasting meat and veggies in one operation

In an oven the meat and veggies would be stewing in their own juices, here it drips out & creates a great smokey flavor

Here is a cleaning brush that Williams-Sonoma sells for cleaning stuck on food off of the wire mesh grill pans.
-
This is a 15” diameter stainless steel paella pan imported from Spain. The s/s finish prevents rust. This pan was bought prior to me switching to BGE’s but luckily just fit.
-
The paella pan should fit and allow you to close the lid because the last phase of the cook involves cooking the paella with the lid closed will the rice absorbs the liquid broth.
-
Another handy item I bought along with the paella pan was this Spanish hand woven grass table protector. It protects the table and looks great in the process.

The meatballs are seared like they would be in a pan, but they also get that great smoke flavor from the grill

Cast iron drop in grill pan with lid. This modular plan drops into grill when you remove on of the grates & a flame tamer
-
Besides cooking in it can also be used as a drip pan for the rotisserie.
-
There is a roast rack made to fit the cast iron pan. It can also be used for roasts on the smoker.
-
By removing a flame tamer the cast iron drop in pan can be used as a drip pan under a grill grate (center)
-
There is also a cast iron griddle for my grill that you use in place of one of the grill grates
-
Here is the griddle in action replacing the right grill grate
-
The drop-in cast iron griddle is heavy duty casting that has ridges on one side and...
-
...is flat on the other. It replaces any one of the three grill grates.
-
This is called the Grill Extender which gives you a second tier of shelving on the Big Green Egg. It clips to the main grill grate. The top shelf is divided into thirds with the outer two sections being hinged to allow you easier access to the items on the main grate.

Disposable perforated aluminum pan for small lose items

Non-stick wire grill tray. This model is bigger and exposes more of the food to the fire

None of the items being grilled here are suitable for the grill basket, but the grill tray does the trick

This grill tray is intended for both cooking & holding item on the grill. Truth be told I’d heard it made great nachos
-
Stainless Steel sheet pans in 3 sizes - full, half & quarter. The two smaller sizes have non-stick gridded inserts
-
The gridded inserts are great for seasoning veggies or bringing food out to the grill. You can swap them out for cooked & uncooked food
-
You can use them in the oven
-
When making several types of grilled pizza I make up 1/4 pan topping trays. Each tray has the toppings for a pizza
-
A pan weighed down with a foil wrapped brick gives you a grilled panini that looks like it was made with a panini press
