The items on this list were bought before I got my Big Green Eggs. Most of them can also be used on the Big Green Egg. See also EGGCESORIES 3 - Tools for some items I bought after getting my Big Green Egg. Some of these can also be used on other types of grills. There are a wide variety of models including some very specialized types:

GRILL BASKETS: They basically serve two purposes. First they allow you to grill small loose items without worrying about them slipping through the grates. Second: They allow you to flip your food in one operation.

GRILL PANS: Are very much like their counterparts used on the stove, but are made of an open wire mesh to allow the smoke from grilling to penetrate the food in the pan.

GRILL TRAYS: Like a grill basket they hold small loose items, but you must manually flip any of the items yourself.
